Leave Bailey or Max at home? No way!

The castle is pet-friendly (cat’s are welcomed too!)

Our Head of Guest Services, Mr. Doggo (pictured above), heartily invites your furry friends to join you during your stay in The Palace at Osowa Sien. Before arrival, please familiarise yourself with our pet policy below to ensure a great time for you and your pet(s), while respecting the palace and its other guests.

Rules for Bringing Furry-Friends Staying to The Palace at Osowa Sien

1.     Please send an email to concierge@palaceosowasien.com in advance of your arrival and tell us a bit more about the personality, age, and breed of your pet. Please note that the castle team does not permit typically aggressive-breeds to ensure an optimal stay for all of our guests.

2. To ensure your safety and comfort, a maximum number of occupants is proscribed per suite. As such, guests may have up to two pets per when given approval beforehand.

3.     Keep pets well attended: they must be accompanied by you at all times in-suite; and within eyesight or earshot throughout the palace, and its grounds.

4.     In the presence of others or while enjoying public spaces, please have a leash with you in case there are little children or other dogs who may not get along with your pooch.

There’s ample room-to-roam. We have a 5 Ha park and we are surrounded by nature. Beyond the castle, there is forest and farm fields - which provide the ideal setting for new sights and smells, as well as a place to tucker-out your pooch.

5.     Fancy a glass of wine or dinner degustation in the lounge? Your little buddy can relax next to you. And, though the breakfast parlour may not always be suitable for high-energy dogs, we can deliver breakfast via complimentary room-service, or you may choose to enjoy your meal on the terrace or in the lounge should you have an easily excitable pooch.

6.    Pets should not be on the furniture including sofas, guest-beds, and linens. If you would like a doggy blanket for your pooch to use at night, please let us know

7.    When it is wet or mucky out, all dogs must be cleaned off with a towel before entering the Castle. If you need towels - just let us know and we can provide them.  Often we try to keep one in the closet to the right of the guest door.

8.   Did your dog have an accident? It’s OK , it happens. Please let us know if you need assistance with the clean-up. In the off-chance that significant damages have resulted, you’re responsible to remedy them via reimbursement.

9. Please pick-up after your pooch. If you forgot bags, please ask our staff to provide you with some. Filled-bags may be disposed of in the outdoor mixed-garbage container. Please enquire as to its location during check-in.

When we approve your extra little guest, a PLN55 per-night per-pet duty is applied to cover the additional housework required to accommodate your furry buddy.
