The Palace at Osowa Sien, a countryside address conveniently situated between the cities of Zielona Gora, Wroclaw, and Poznan and just 2 hours from Germany (and 3 from Berlin and Dresden) awaits you. Ideal for intimate gatherings of up to 42 guests in 2023, the castle along with its handsome suites and facilities (including a fireplace lounge, dining room, sauna, yoga and meditation salon) is available for private and exclusive group bookings.

Our spacious and individually-styled suites (30-55 square meters) are suitable for 1-4 guests per. Their layout anticipates the needs of the modern traveler (space to relax, numerous electronic outlets, etc.) and the aesthetic has been influenced by the history and charms of the castle.

Before the conclusion of WWII this land belonged to Germany and had a rich and illustrious history as part of Silesia. Back then, a vivacious Leonie Ossowski (Family Brandenstein) spent her formative years here. As luck would have it, she went on to become an accomplished German author known for her colourful depictions of Osowa Sien (then Röhrsdorf) - and her childhood memories here. Just a few hours from Berlin, Cottbus, and Dresden, we’re an ideal destination for those looking to leave city life behind for several days and travel back in time.

As an homage, our collection of suites and rooms has been inspired by her life and work.

For exclusive rentals, the entirety of this beautiful fairytale castle and its 5 Ha of treed estate will be dedicated to your group and your group alone. No need to share with any other guests. It’s all about you, and it’s home for the duration of your booking.

Your reservation includes firewood provisions in colder months / bonfire outdoors, and the possibility of leveraging one of the castle’s many services. For an additional fee, guests may order a kitchen stocked with farm-to-table goods including fresh milk, artisanal cheeses from the local dairy, free-range eggs, organic potatoes and carrots, homemade jams, fruit juices, and the like.

Throughout your visit with us, we’re available to you via SMS and WhatApp - ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. All you need to concern yourself with is being the host/hostess.
